HR Learning Network is a flagship project of IIDR. Started years back with a view to creating a learning, experience-sharing,
and networking forum among professionals working in the field of Human Resource Development with people process. HRLN presently
has about 400+ members from Eastern, North Eastern, and Southern India. HR managers, Head HRs, and CHROs from reputed corporates
participate in offline and online programs.
HR Learning Network also aims at bringing members from reputed Non-Profits and Social Enterprises working for Human Resource Development.
Learning and Development is an integral part of human intellectual growth and creates intangible knowledge for the community touching and positively
transforming minds.
HRLN has organized many Seminars, Coffee Meets, Round Table Discussions, Symposiums, and grass root level community connect programs. HRLN successfully
organized learning sessions for leading Management and Engineering students on campus and off campus mode.

IIDR aims to bring positive attitudinal changes among people and society. Corporate sensitization campaigns are held on mental health, inclusion, and POSH Act. Campaigns for the community include popularizing blood donation movement, save water - save life, popularizing women cricket of India, and awareness about the Lokayukta Act, West Bengal. IIDR creates information and communication materials and involves community clubs and like-minded groups to get maximum reach.
IIDR, the Institute for Integrated Development and Research, is committed to empowering individuals and strengthening the nation's economy through various livelihood and training programs. One of IIDR's key initiatives is organizing grassroots-level meetings with women's groups, where they can voice their concerns and learn about government schemes and facilities available to them. IIDR also provides handholding support to the downtrodden sections of society, assisting them in opening bank accounts, applying for government schemes, obtaining ID cards, and legal assistance to ensure their rights are protected.
Livelihood training is another key focus area for IIDR, with programs designed to develop skills and provide vocational training to individuals from all backgrounds. Education is the backbone of the nation. Due to poverty and lack of awareness, many students do not have the means to access
quality education.
Initiatives to address the problem
Networking helps IIDR to share resources, ideas, gain new knowledge, and expand its activities. IIDR has created the Social Workers and Development Agencies Network (SWADAN) to share knowledge and resources among members. Small grass-root level member organizations are provided with resource and technical knowledge support IIDR has a flagship project called HR Learning Network (HLN).
The HR Learning Network is designed to bring together HR professionals to share knowledge, ideas, and best practices in a collaborative environment. Members of the HR Learning Network have access to a wealth of resources and opportunities for professional development, including webinars, workshops, and networking events. The right kind of CSR strategy and implementation helps to build a good reputation for the corporate house. Proper CSR shows a sign of accountability and ethical corporate behavior. Many forms of CSR help in brand recall, reduces business expense, increase customer satisfaction, even retain employees and attract talent. IIDR’s ambitious project is to provide end-to-end solutions regarding the implementation of CSR projects for corporates and business houses. The organization has expertise and resource persons to provide quality CSR solutions. IIDR has worked with the CSR project of Balrampur Chini Mills in the field of vocational training, Bajaj Electricals in the field of Anti-Smoking campaigns and with Ambuja Realty for evaluation, conducting examination and certification of its women trainees.
