Institute of Integrated Development and Research (IIDR) is a not-for-profit, autonomous organization was incorporated in the year 2004. The organization is registered under the Central Government Act and is committed to contributing towards the economic growth of the nation through comprehensive human resources, organizational, and community development. IIDR is a gender-neutral, inclusive organization that welcomes persons from the LGBTQA+ communities to join its initiatives.

IIDR is a comprehensive human resource and community development organization that empowers people using education, awareness, and capacity building as tools in sustainable modes. The organization is committed to contributing towards the economic growth of the nation and invites individuals and organizations to be a part of its initiatives.
Bhaskar Ghosh Dastidar, the Founder and Chairman of IIDR, is a technocrat from Jadavpur University who started his career in Germany. After traveling to various parts of the world, he returned to India and became a teacher by choice. Bhaskar is attached to the cooperative movement and founded IIDR to implement comprehensive human resources and pro-people development.
Sayak Sarkar, the Co-Founder and Honorary Director of IIDR, is a Human Resource Development and Management professional with experience working with leading corporates. Sayak provided training to less fortunate trainees at the CSR project of Balrampur Chini Mills Limited and teaches a number of students free of cost under IIDR's educational support project. He is also the Concept Initiator and Founder of HR Learning Network, a flagship project of IIDR.
Indrajit Ghosh Dastidar, the Co-Founder and Honorary Director of IIDR. He is a Management Professional and Mentor having with years of experience in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs. Indrajit is a certified entrepreneurship trainer from NISBUD, Govt. of India, and Ram Krishna Mission. He has trained thousands of trainees and mentored many grassroots-level social organizations. Indrajit also acted as the Vice President of a government-run Mentally Challenged children’s home. Life member of the Federation of United Nations Associations, W.B., and Indian Red Cross Society.
Another honorary director of IIDR is Sayan Chowdhury, an entrepreneur and experienced skilled trainer in the field of telecommunications and IT. He has worked with various organizations like George Telegraph, BIVA, Ram Krishna Mission, MSME, and many others. Sayan is passionate about social media, automation, and photography, and is a life member of the Red Cross Society.
Susmita Sorkhel is one of the honorary directors of the organization. She is a yoga therapist and a performing artist who is passionate about social work. With expertise in the field of yoga and preventive healthcare, Susmita has worked with children, LGBTQA+ community, and vulnerable women. She has also served as a governing body member of a children's home under the Department of Women and Child Welfare, Government of West Bengal.
